Hoover's Hometown Days is an annual festival for residents and visitors that combines a variety of activities recognizing the unique heritage of West Branch, Iowa, hometown of Herbert Hoover, while supporting and celebrating our thriving small-town community. August 10, 2024 will mark 150 Years since Hoover's birth in West Branch. We are planning an extra special celebration!

It Takes a Village.

This multi-day event is coordinated by local volunteers in partnership with Main Street West Branch, the Hoover Presidential Foundation, the Herbert Hoover National Historic Site National Park Service, and the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library & Museum. This is truly a community event–from and for everyone.
